Stroll through an apple orchard. Watch the sun dance off the tree leaves. Breathe in the aroma of ripening fruit. Reach out and pick an apple. Bit in and enjoy sweet, juicy goodness. It’s amazing that our Lord attends to such detail simply for the sake of red apples.

Yes we know that everything God creates is attended to and surrounded by such detailed care. So just imagine the loving precision he puts into creating us, his favored creation. Every detail of our lives is watched over. He makes sure that nothing happens to us that is beyond what we can handle. Nothing that comes into our lives surprises him.

Like the apple trees in the orchard, God is watching over you—spiritually watering, weeding, and pruning so you grow beautifully.

You are God’s most beloved creation. You are the pick of his crop.
