To believe in God is the beginning. To hear Him call your name is the start. To dance in His arms is real life.
~~Angela Thomas
This morning’s prayer and meditation for Sally’s healing comes from Take Heart, Oh God: Riches from the Greatest Christian Women Writers of All Time.

But what does it mean to dance with him?
God doesn’t only want us to know who he is and to work for him, he wants a joyful, exhilarating relationship with us! Dancing with someone requires intimacy. It requires confidence. It requires trust. When we dance with our God, we offer him ourselves.
Do you believe he finds you so interesting and intriguing that he wants to dance with you through this life? Do you understand that God accepts you for who you are—his own beautiful creation?
Look up. He’s standing there, hand outstretched, ready to lead you to the dance floor.
Prayer for Meditation
Lord, you take the lead; I’ll be your dance partner for life!
Scripture for Meditation
The young women will dance for joy, and the men—old and young—will join in the celebration. I will turn their mourning into joy. I will comfort them and exchange their sorrow for rejoicing. Jeremiah 31:13
